These suites are totally unique to you and we will work together to create a beautiful and very personal wedding suite. You may have an idea of what you want or you may not know where to start, but I am here to help make this part of your wedding planning an enjoyable one. Your stationery will reflect you as a couple and your guests will love receiving their stunning letterpressed invitations.
Due to the amount of work that goes into a designing a wedding stationery suite from scratch, I only have a couple of slots every month for bespoke work. It is an investment in your wedding and deserves the time we will put into it. There is a bespoke design fee of £350 for a 3 piece wedding suite; invitation, RSVP and a details card, with suites typically costing from £1000 but do contact me so I can give you a better idea of cost.
I also have a range of extras to compliment your stationery; pocketfold envelopes or wallets, luxurious ribbons, twines, wax seals, vellum wraps, calligraphy addressed envelopes, maps and illustrations... it goes on!
You may also want to consider 'on the day' stationery as well; order of service, vows, place names, table numbers or names, menus, favour cards, buffet names/tags.
PROCESS

Save the dates are normally sent out 6 months to 1 year before the event, depending on where the wedding is be to held and invitations about 3 to 6 months, so it's never too early to get in touch.
CONSULTATION
To help me understand the aesthetic you are going for, I will ask you to complete a questionnaire and share any Pinterest boards or images you have collected. We will then arrange an online consultation in which we discuss your ideas, aspirations, time frame and guest numbers.
QUOTATION
Based on our discussion, I will provide you with a quotation for your stationery. When you accept the quotation you will need to pay a non-refundable design fee of £350 for the proposal, that includes a save the date, invitation, RSVP and a details card, this not only covers the designing but also secures your booking date. Further items, such as a map, menu, embellishments or other bespoke pieces will incur an additional design fee cost.
PROPOSAL
To ensure we have the right vision for your stationery, I will prepare a digital proposal which is essentially a mood board to show design ideas, colours, types of cardstock and fonts we can use, layouts and finishing touches. We will then decide on the final design concept and I will start the design process.
PROOFS
Due to the nature and set up of letterpress stationery, a physical proof of your stationery is not possible. You can order a sample pack to get the look and feel of letterpress stationery. The samples packs are £10 but are refundable against your order.
You will receive a PDF proof of your stationery that you can print to check sizes, wording and layout etc. Two revisions of the design are included in the price, further revisions will incur a £50 fee per revision. (Completley new designs will incur a new design fee). Once you approve the design, the remaining balance is required and the printing will begin.
TIMING
Bespoke suites have a lead time of approximately 2 to 4 months depending on what is required. As before, I have a limited number of bespoke bookings per month. If you are in a hurry, and I am able to accommodate your commission, the suite can be turned around quicker but this will incur a rush fee of £200.
